Participation Waiver & Agreement

We’re so excited to welcome you and your child to The Yard, Newcastle! To help everyone have a safe and fun experience, please read and acknowledge the following:

1. Understanding the Activities
   Our sessions may involve hands-on activities, tools, art materials, and movement. While we take every precaution, there is always a small risk of bumps, scrapes, or accidents. By participating, you accept this risk.

2. Supervision & Responsibility
   Children must be supervised as required. We ask that everyone follows instructions and safety guidelines so we can keep the environment fun and safe.

3. Release of Liability
   I agree that The Yard, Newcastle, its staff, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during participation.

4. Health & Emergency
   I confirm that my child is healthy and able to take part in these activities. I give permission for emergency medical treatment if needed and understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.

5. Photos & Media
   I consent to photos or videos being taken during activities for promotional purposes by The Yard, Newcastle, unless I have indicated otherwise.

6. Acknowledgment
   I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver. I understand that ticking the acknowledgment checkbox on the booking form confirms this agreement.
